Check Valves
The function of a check valve is to allow flow in one direction and prevent flow in the reverse. Check valves are also commonly know as a non-return valves. Selection of the correct type can include many factors such as leakage capability, pressure class, CV value, corrosion resistance, orientation, speed and opening pressure.
For example resilient sealing can result in no visible leakage, but are not an option in high temperature applications. For help in selecting the best check valve for your application, please contact our sales team today.
Valves are available in various materials including brass, plastic, bronze, stainless steel and cast iron. We stock valves in various sizes with threaded or flanged connections. WRAS approved versions available.
